I received the product and noticed that one part of the brush head was missing. I contacted the store and they sent me another one with all the parts. I believe this might be a minor manufacturing defect. I highly appreciate the store's service. The product is worth trying.

This thing is amazing! No more on your hands scrubbing the floor and it’s gets it so much cleaner than a regular mop or swiffer! I absolutely love it! And the squeegee is the perfect touch to scrape it into one spot and wipe up easily. Would definitely recommend this product!!
The brush does everything it said it does it is great to clean shower and bathroom spaces where other brushes don’t reach because of limited mobility.
Still requires effort and time to clean the entire floor (of course) - BUT better than what I have tried in the past. I didn’t use grout cleaner; only simple floor solution. I’m not even mad; I’m impressed.

I found this brush to be perfect for cleaning the deck at my townhome. The bristles are just right, and the height low enough to fit under the rail. I was able to flip the head around and squeegee off the excess water. I had no issues with sturdiness for this task.
I have a large walk in shower with a tile flour and granite walls. It was really hard to clean until I found this brush. It's the best product I could imagine. The head is easy to turn with a quick clip and the brushes worked on the grout in between the floor tiles. It looks like a new shower. I love that the handle can be taken apart, it makes all the difference with storage space. I definitely recommend it. The only thing odd is the packaging. See picture below. The box shows no pictures, the handles came wrapped in saran wrap and there were no directions in the box. If I hadn't watched the videos before purchasing I wouldn't have known how all the features work.
If you're trying to find the perfect little scrubber by this one it was cheaper and it worked fantastic! About the double pack and and I'm glad that did I'm only 5'4 and I had to get another piece of the other one so that I could add so I wasn't so bent over scrubbing I have four dogs and three cats and about six people in this home and tell you my floors are nasty they were nasty and I do mop every day with a regular mop not a Swiffer so I didn't think my floors were this dirty but boy were they! So if you're in doubt read this review and buy it by the double pack though in case you're short like me I like to have an extra handle cuz I was still bent over at 5'4 scrubbing. Awesome don't judge my pictures I have a lot of people in this house so my floors were extremely dirty! My only bad part of the review is the aluminum's a generic aluminum handle so overtime it's going to wear.
Easy assembly! Works well scrubbing off dried gunk from floor! Saves me leaning over to scrape floor as I easily fall on my face so this is a very safe way to clean my floor. I will also use it to clean out shower floor, laundry room floor and outside patio to remove moss.
