Shipping policy

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

Shipping cost. Free tracked shipping on every order — no minimum required.

Where we ship. We ship within the United States and internationally.

Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays. Occasionally, carrier delays (weather, holidays, high volume) may push delivery beyond our estimate. If your order is taking longer than expected, email vixlytech@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, we'll reship at no cost if your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged. Without it, contact us and we'll help resolve it case by case.
